If you would like us to print for you, the ordering procedure as follows :

1. Upload your file(s) directly to us - make sure you include full contact information.
2. We telephone or email you (based on your contact information received) and discuss all the options available with you including substrates, ink type, retouching and file quality.
3. We proof (if required), invoice and print.
4. We deliver (usually within 2 days).

To produce truly exceptional quality all our printing is performed on either an Epson 9880 or an Epson GS6000 printer.

All our printing is fully guaranteed. If you're not happy with our quality we will reprint without question (please note that our printing cannot compensate for poor quality originals - if we think the file quality is inferior we will discuss this with you before printing).
